Shipping

**Due to Covid-19, please expect delays.**

Once you've placed your order, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Products with an expected longer delivery time will be flagged & noted in the products page. 

Your items will be taxed at check out & shipping fees are calculated based on size/weight. Once orders are handed off to USPS, Simply Made will not be responsible for issues caused by USPS. These issues can include but are not limited to: delivery delays, lost packages, tracking updates, stolen packages, etc. 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders due to hygiene purposes. However, if there is an issue with your order, you can always contact us at simplymadesf@gmail.com so we can make it right. 

Please consider that all pieces are handmade, so there may be some minor imperfections (small bubbles or marks). However, this does not mean the piece is damaged. Items with these imperfections will still be functional & have the same aesthetic appeal. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order) if the item is damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Simply Made is not responsible for any items damaged by personal use. Please read care instructions in the products page for proper jewelry care.
